What we do:
We own a small family farm in rural Idaho. We also own a small feed mill, which allows us to mix rations to our specifications. A local farmer supplies us with non-GMO corn, which we mix with peas, wheat, and vitamins & minerals in order to produce high quality meat.
Who We Are:
Seth was born in Ontario, Oregon, and moved to the Weiser area when he was a year old. He grew up raising dairy & beef cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens and turkeys. In 1977, he purchased a feed mill in Weiser, where he formulates and mixes over 20 in-house rations - all without hormones, antibiotics or steroids. Patti was born in Delaware, and grew up raising sheep and chickens. After graduating from college with a B.S. in Animal Science, she moved to Kansas and then Idaho, where she met Seth. Our education and experience allow us to raise outstanding meats the old-fashioned way - on heirloom corn rations and pasture. We have a wonderful view of the animals in the pasture from our dining room!
